Who can apply?

  • Students at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (TSNUK) or Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU) in the field of law or a similar program with a focus on law,
  • An advanced stage of study, i.e., admission to the third or fourth year of a bachelor’s program or the first year of a master’s program
  • With a strong interest in European integration and Ukraine’s EU future
  • Proof of active English proficiency at the B2 level
  • Ukrainian citizenship and current residence in Ukraine

Provided these admission requirements are met, priority in the allocation of study places will be given to applicants from families that have been or are particularly affected by the war in Ukraine (e.g., veterans).

Educational Background

• Strong academic record demonstrating proficiency in
relevant coursework
• Current study record provided by your university

Language Proficiency

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English
• Supported by tests/certificates confirming proficiency

Motivation & Interest

• Passionate about European integration and Ukraine’s EU
future
• Clear, convincing application statement showcasing your
commitment

Commitment to Program

• Willing and able to dedicate the time and effort needed
to succeed
• Will attend online lectures, participate in group activities,
and complete assignments

Residency Requirement

• Must be a citizen of Ukraine
• Currently reside in Ukraine

Priority Consideration

• Applicants from families affected by the war will receive
priority, provided they meet the other requirements
