Curriculum Highlights
History of European Integration & EU Law Development (6 ECTS)
Dive into the foundational treaties, key milestones in the integration journey, enlargement processes, and the structure of EU institutions.

EU Law Fundamentals (6 ECTS)
Explore the core legal framework governing the EU: competence of the EU, sources of law, primary and secondary legislation, international law, the EU Court System, and the language of EU law.

The Single Market Concept (6 ECTS)
Understand the principles behind the free movement of goods, persons, services, and capital, along with insights into the Monetary Union and economic integration.

Approximation Process (6 ECTS)
Learn about the legal and administrative steps involved in aligning Ukraine’s laws with EU standards, including legal drafting, implementation, compliance, and anti-corruption policies.
