Who Can Apply?
Motivated law students enrolled in Ukrainian Universities with a strong interest in European integration and Ukraine’s EU future
• 3rd/4th year Bachelor’s students
• 1st-year Master’s students
Eligible Universities:
• Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv
• Kyiv National Economics University (KNEU)
Future Plans?
While initially focused on law students, the program aims to expand to students of other fields and institutions in future phases.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background
- Strong academic record demonstrating proficiency in relevant coursework
- Current study record provided by your university
Language Proficiency
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English
- Supported by tests/certificates confirming proficiency
Motivation & Interest
- Passionate about European integration and Ukraine’s EU future
- Clear, convincing application statement showcasing your commitment
Commitment to Program
- Willing and able to dedicate the time and effort needed to succeed
- Will attend online lectures, participate in group activities, and complete assignments

Priority Consideration
- Applicants from families affected by the war will receive priority, provided they meet the other requirements

The EU Academy’s Basic Module pilot program offers a competitive opportunity to delve into the world of European integration.
A formal application will be open at the University
for Continuing Education Krems in the autumn 2025.
Final selection of participants: December 2025.
